The Storm Chaser exists for the days that separate surfers from spectators. When the buoys read 6-8ft and the wind's gone offshore overnight, this is the board that gets you into position and keeps you there. We pulled the outline from a classic big-wave gun, added just enough volume to make late takeoffs survivable, and kept the rail foil thin enough to hold at speed.
